Today’s recipe is “Lemon yogur cake”

It’s very easy to do it. 

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 3 eggs.
  • Olive oil (1 measure from the yogurt container).
  • Flour (3 measures of yogurt container).
  • 1 Lemon.
  • Flour and butter to spread the mould.
  • 1 lemon yogurt.
  • Sugar (2 measures of yogurt container).
  • 1 sachet of yeast (16 gr of baking powder).
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar (optional).

Elaboration:

1/Crack the eggs. Place them in a large bowl with the sugar and beat well with a hand whisk.

2/Add the yogurt and oil and continue beating.

3/Clean the lemon and, with a grater, grate the peel on top of the dough.

4/Sift the yeast and flour over the dough and mix well.

5/Grease a mould with the butter, sprinkle it with the flour and pour the dough inside. Place in the oven (previously heated) at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

6/Remove the cake and let it cool. Run a knife around the edges of the pan and unmold it. Dust it with a little icing sugar (optional).
